Our process is simple. You already have enough to worry about for your wedding. From all the vendors you need to coordinate with, invitations, hair, makeup, and everything in between, you do not have any more time to worry.
Below is our simple process we go through to make sure you are stress-free and receive everything you want from your photographer.
Throughout every step, we are here to help. An open line of communication and understanding is the best way to provide you with an amazing experience on your big day.
Step 1: Contact Us
The first step of our process is to simply contact us! Use our contact form to send us a message, call us at 215-608-0920, or email us at weddingphotos.philly@gmail.com to get your free quote!
Step 2: Consultation
Once we know your dates are available, we would love to speak with you to learn about your wedding and what we can do for you. We want to learn about your wedding and help you decide which services and options best fit your needs.
Step 3: Booking
Once you are ready to reserve your date, you can now choose your package and now have one less thing to worry about.
During the booking process, you will be able to give us all the important information about your wedding and officially reserve the date.
Step 4: Pre-Wedding
Before your wedding, you will work with your photographer to go over your timeline and make a thorough plan.
Your photographer will be in touch before the wedding to confirm all of the details to make sure they capture every moment.
Step 5: Week of the wedding
We know that things change quickly, so a week before your wedding, the photographer will reach out to finalize any changes that have been made to your locations or schedule.
You can of course contact us at any time during this process to update us on any changes or concerns.
Step 6: Post-Wedding
You will receive your completed photos/video within a couple of weeks of your wedding. We will send you an email when everything is ready.
